Specific services we deliver to clients (website builds, maintenance plans, etc.) are governed by separate written service agreements; these Terms cover use of the public marketing site.

Use of the site

You may browse the Site, read our content, and contact us. You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content for republication without permission, or impersonate another person or entity.

Intellectual property

The content of baseline-seo.com — including the brand name, logo, copy, design, and code — is owned by Baseline SEO or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the Site without prior written permission. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source.

Bookings and inquiries

Booking a call or sending an inquiry through the Site does not create a service agreement. A formal service agreement is created only when both parties sign a written contract. Information you share during a sales call is treated confidentially regardless of whether you become a client.

Pricing on this site

Prices listed on the Site (e.g., $1,500 for the Core Website Build, $200/$400/$800 for maintenance plans) reflect our standard offerings as of the Effective date. Final pricing for any individual engagement will be confirmed in your service agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new clients at any time; existing clients are not affected by price changes during their current term.

Third-party services

The Site references and links to various third-party services and platforms (including but not limited to GitHub, Netlify, Google services, and domain registrars). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or availability of those third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific search ranking, traffic level, or business outcome will result from working with us — SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes and competitive market dynamics. We commit to our process and effort, not to specific keyword positions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baseline SEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
