Can I just buy the website and skip the maintenance plan?

Yes. The website is yours when it's done. Many clients run their own SEO from there, or hand the maintenance to an in-house team. Maintenance is only worth paying for if you want us actively working the asset.

Why are the maintenance plans annual?

SEO compounds. Three months in is too early to judge results — twelve gives the work time to show up in rankings, traffic, and leads. The annual term keeps both sides committed to that runway. You can cancel at the end of any year.

What if I already have a website?

Then you probably don't need a new one. We're a website-first company — if your current site is solid, we're happy to refer you to a maintenance-only operator. We do partner with other agencies on content and page expansion, so reach out anyway.

Are there setup fees on the maintenance plans?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. The build is the build, the maintenance is the maintenance. No "onboarding fees," no "discovery audits," no surprises.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade any time during your term. Downgrades take effect at the next annual renewal. We'd rather you stay in the right plan than feel locked into the wrong one.

What's the payment method?

Standard ACH or card via invoice for the build. Maintenance plans bill monthly via auto-pay on a card or ACH.
