When you visit baseline-seo.com, our hosting provider (Netlify) and analytics tooling may log standard server access information: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this to understand how the site is being used and to detect abuse.

Cookies. Our site uses minimal first-party cookies for essential functionality. We do not currently run third-party tracking, advertising, or remarketing cookies on our marketing site. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

Client website data

When we manage SEO services for a client, we may have access to that client's Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and similar accounts. We treat this data as confidential and use it only to deliver the contracted services.

Your choices

You can email us at admin@baseline-seo.com to request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of communications. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
